Our Mission
Meet Jose Espejo.
Founder. Operator. Veteran.
Jose served our country in the U.S. Army, where discipline and follow-through weren’t optional, they were life-or-death. After his service, he spent over two decades helping major companies streamline operations, optimize teams, and scale into nine-figure growth as a Chief Sales Officer.​
But eventually, Jose wanted to build something more tangible, something grounded. That’s when Vaquero Landworks was born.​
Today, we exist to restore trust in site prep through structure, clear communication, and a standard of professionalism that’s rare in the field. Because progress doesn’t happen by accident.
